At draw me out, one of our top priorities is protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect (including photos and facial features), how we use it, how long we retain it, and how we safeguard it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of user-provided data:

• Photos You Upload: If you grant permission, we only access the specific photos you select for generating action figure portraits. We never access or collect your full photo library.
• Face Data: Once you upload a photo, facial features may be extracted solely for generating AI-rendered action figure portraits. This derived information is referred to as "face data."

We do not collect or retain any metadata (e.g., location tags) from photos. Any metadata is deleted automatically during processing.

2. Why We Collect This Data

We collect and use your photo and face data exclusively for the following purpose:

• To generate a personalized action figure portrait as requested by the user.

We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, AI model training, or any other purpose.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your face data, uploaded photos, or any personal information with third parties. All data remains securely processed within the scope of draw me out’s services.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• Face data and uploaded photos are retained only for as long as necessary to generate your action figure portrait.
• No data is stored beyond 30 days, unless legally required.
